Why do I teach?  I teach because our kids are replacing the younger versions of us.  My life changed once I started this job because I need them as much as they need me.  To be able to give them the knowledge I have gained throughout my life is a blessing in itself.  I want them to be able to reach their full potential so that they DO WHAT THEY GOT TO DO, TO DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO.  

Degrees and Certifications: I went to Augusta Tech for culinary.  I came from Industry to teaching and I am currently enrolled in school.
