Hobbies:  Cooking, biblical discussion, basketball…. Any sports, making people happy.

Why do I teach?  My purpose in life is to make people happy. Teaching people how to cook is not only a way to make people happy, but it also gives my students tools to make themselves, their family, and their future spouses happy. I like being the catalyst for the gift that keeps on giving. 

Degrees and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in food and Beverage hospitality, SERV Safe managerial professor/ Procter certified.
