Kelsie Ziolkowski

Years Taught:   1 Full year - On my 2nd year this year. 

Hobbies:  I enjoy crafts and spending time in nature.

Why do I teach? Education is the most important thing in life and can take you anywhere that you want to go. I teach because I have a passion for helping others. I aspire to be the same inspiration to students that the teachers were for me when I was walking these halls as a student. Some of the same teachers that were here for me as a student are still here at JCHS today and play an active role in the start of my teaching career. I went to Georgia Southern University and studied psychology and sociology. After years of working in mental health,  I decided that I was not making the impact that I wanted to in life and started looking into teaching. Teaching fills my heart up each day with so many emotions. I hope to not only teach the students academics, but life lessons and love. 

 

Degrees and Certifications: Bachelors of Science in Psychology - Currently working on my MAT at Valdosta.
